• Educational content about addiction recovery

3. Medical Disclaimer

AI Independent is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The app:

• Is not a replacement for professional healthcare
• Should not be used for medical emergencies
• Cannot diagnose mental health conditions
• Is designed to complement, not replace, professional treatment

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your recovery needs
• Use the app responsibly and as intended
• Seek professional help for serious mental health concerns
• Not share your account with others
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Subscription and Payment

AI Independent operates on a subscription model:

• Monthly subscription: $59/month
• Payments are processed through app stores
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• Refunds are subject to app store policies

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use AI Independent to:

• Violate any laws or regulations

If you are experiencing a mental health emergency:

• Go to your nearest emergency room
• Contact your healthcare provider

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania and the European Union. Disputes will be resolved in Romanian courts.
